How to Open a Support Ticket
A support ticket is how we track your request from start to finish. You can open one by email or through the client portal.
Option 1: Email
Section titled “Option 1: Email”Send your request to support@robb.tech. Your email creates a ticket automatically, and you will get a confirmation with your ticket number.
Option 2: Client portal
Section titled “Option 2: Client portal”- Sign in at robb.tech.
- Open the support or help section.
- Choose to submit a new ticket.
- Fill in the details and submit.
The portal also lets you see the status of open tickets and your past requests.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”- Your name and company
- The device or system affected
- What is wrong and when it started
- Any error message, with a screenshot if you can
- How to reach you and the best time
How to take a screenshot
Section titled “How to take a screenshot”On Windows, press the Windows key + Shift + S, select the area of the screen, then paste the image into your email with Ctrl + V. On a different system? Call us and we’ll walk you through it.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- You get a confirmation with your ticket number. Keep it for reference.
- A technician reviews your request and starts work or reaches out with questions.
- We keep you updated as we work the issue.
- Once it is resolved, we close the ticket. If the problem comes back, reply to the same ticket and it reopens.
